- Fix loose trim and quarter round
- Tighten cabinet hinges and hardware
- Replace burned-out bulbs, including the hard-to-reach ones

- If there's more to do after your 2 hours, we add it to a quote or your next visit, or do it on the spot if you ask.
- After every visit you get a report with what we did, the time used, materials, and what's left on your checklist.

What happens on a visit
Your tech arrives in uniform, puts on shoe covers and works down your home’s checklist for two hours. We update the list with photos so you can see what got done and what’s next.
What costs extra
Materials are billed separately. Work that doesn’t fit in your 2 hours is added to a quote, or done on the spot if you ask. Need us before your next scheduled visit? An extra visit is $149, and that includes the first hour of work. Projects get a fixed written quote with your 10% member discount.
How canceling works
Give us 30 days written notice and we’ll close out your plan. Full details are in our plan terms.
Plan questions
What's included?
The plan includes scheduled visits from our crew. On a visit we spend two hours working down your home's checklist: caulking, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, trim, doors, hardware, weatherstripping, filters, bulbs and more. Members also get 10% off bigger jobs and anything else your visits don't include. Materials are billed separately.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. Plan prices may be adjusted once a year, with 30 days notice. The full plan terms are on our terms page.
Is this insurance?
No. A Fortress plan is scheduled maintenance labor and member discounts. It does not pay for repairs or replacements.
What if I need something bigger?
Bigger jobs are projects: work that takes more than about half a day, needs special materials, or a return trip. You get a fixed written quote with your 10% member discount, and we only start once you approve it in writing. Building new decks or patios, roofing, siding and drainage are not something we take on.
Do I pay for materials?
Yes. Materials are billed separately from your plan. The 2 hours of labor on each scheduled visit are part of your monthly price.
How do I cancel?
Give us 30 days written notice and we'll close out your plan.
Will I ever get a surprise bill?
No. You'll never get a bill for anything you didn't say yes to. Extra work only happens when you ask for it, projects need your written approval, and after every visit you get a report with what we did, the time used, materials, and what's left on your checklist.
