Plan summary
This summary is for reference only. The full terms above control.
- Quarter Round Plan: $69/mo (founding rate), 4 visits a year, 2 hours each, 10% off other work.
- Full Crew Plan: $189/mo, 12 visits a year, 2 hours each, 15% off other work.
- Extra labor is $50/hr per tech. Member service call is $100.
- Materials are billed separately.
- Larger repairs are quoted and approved before work starts.
- Cancel with 30 days written notice.
- Service area limits apply.
- Fix-It Hour: $49 for one hour of small fixes plus a full-home checklist with photos. One per household. Materials extra. Small maintenance only. Credited to your first month if you join a plan within 7 days.
A Fortress membership is a service plan for scheduled maintenance labor and member discounts. It is not insurance or a home warranty.
