Home maintenance plan questions, answered.

Each plan includes scheduled visits from our crew. On a visit we spend two hours working down your home's checklist: caulking, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, trim, doors, hardware, weatherstripping, filters, bulbs and more. Members also get 10% off other work (15% on the Full Crew Plan). Materials are billed separately.

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. The full plan terms are on our terms page.

The Quarter Round Plan ($69/mo) brings us out once a season, 4 visits a year. The Full Crew Plan ($189/mo) brings us out every month, 12 visits a year. Not sure? Start with a $49 Fix-It Hour. Your checklist will show how much work your home needs.

The Quarter Round Plan is $69/mo for founding members. That rate stays locked as long as you stay enrolled.

No. A Fortress plan is scheduled maintenance labor and member discounts. It does not pay for repairs or replacements.

Tell us. Larger repairs are quoted first, and we only start once you approve. Members get 10% off other work (15% on Full Crew). Big projects like decks, patios, siding and drainage are not something we take on.

Your tech arrives in uniform, puts on shoe covers and works down your checklist for two hours. We update the checklist with photos so you can see what got done and what's next.

We'll tell you before we keep going. Extra labor is $50 an hour per tech, or we can save it for your next visit.

Yes. Members pay a $100 member service call for a visit outside the schedule.

No. Fortress handles small maintenance and handyman work. We change filters, bulbs and smoke detector batteries, but we don't do electrical, plumbing, HVAC repair or roofing work.

Yes. Materials are billed separately from your plan. Labor on your scheduled visits is part of your monthly price.

For $49, a Fortress tech comes out for one hour of small fixes and walks your whole home. You get a full-home checklist with photos, with each fix sized in hours. Join a plan within 7 days and the $49 comes off your first month.

No. Materials are extra. The Fix-It Hour is one hour of labor plus your home checklist.

The $49 Fix-It Hour is one per household. After that, a plan is the best way to keep working down your list.
