Small jobs can also be hard to get on anyone's schedule. Fortress Home Services was built for exactly this kind of work.
We are a handyman membership. Our crew comes to your home four times a year. We work through a seasonal checklist first, then spend the rest of the visit on your own list. After each visit, you get a photo report so you can see what was done. If you'd like to try us before you join, book the $59 Fix-It Hour. Two ways to work with us
The Quarter Round Plan is $60 a month or $179 a quarter. You get four seasonal visits a year: Spring Refresh, Summer Tune-Up, Fall Prep and Winter Inside List. Each visit is two hours of labor. We start with the season's checklist, then turn to your list. We also keep a home checklist up to date for you. Materials are billed separately, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Not ready to join? The $59 Fix-It Hour gives you one hour of small fixes and a full-home checklist with photos. If you join the plan within 7 days, the $59 is credited to your first month. It's limited to one per household. Members also get 10% off bigger projects and anything the visits don't include.
What we don't do
Fortress is not an electrician, plumber, HVAC company or roofer. We don't do in-wall wiring, decks, patios, siding or drainage work. If your list has one of those jobs, call a licensed pro for that part. We are glad to note it in your photo report so it doesn't get forgotten.

Common questions
How much does a handyman cost with Fortress?
You have two options. The $59 Fix-It Hour is a one-time visit with an hour of small fixes and a photo checklist of your home. The Quarter Round Plan is $60 a month or $179 a quarter for four two-hour visits a year. Materials are extra with both options.
What if my job takes longer than two hours?
Anything that doesn't fit in the visit goes on a quote. If you'd rather we keep going that day, just ask and we'll do it on the spot. Members get 10% off that kind of project work. If something can't wait for the next season, you can book an extra visit for $149, which includes up to an hour of work.
Will the crew make a mess in my home?
We work hard not to. Our crew arrives in uniform, slips booties over their shoes and lays down drop cloths before any work starts. When we pack up, the goal is to leave the room cleaner than we found it. Your home should feel lived in, not worked in.
