The plan includes scheduled visits from our crew. On a visit we spend two hours working down your home's checklist: caulking, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, trim, doors, hardware, weatherstripping, filters, bulbs and more. Members also get 10% off projects. Materials are billed separately.

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. Plan prices may be adjusted once a year, with 30 days notice. The full plan terms are on our terms page.

The first 25 members on the Quarter Round Plan pay $79/mo instead of $99/mo, locked for 24 months.

No. A Fortress plan is scheduled maintenance labor and member discounts. It does not pay for repairs or replacements.

Bigger jobs are projects: work that takes more than about half a day, needs special materials, or a return trip. You get a fixed written quote with your 10% member discount, and we only start once you approve it in writing. Building new decks or patios, roofing, siding and drainage are not something we take on.

Your tech arrives in uniform, puts on shoe covers and works down your checklist for two hours. We update the checklist with photos so you can see what got done and what's next.

Close to the 2-hour mark, we check in. You can keep going at $95 per tech hour (members), billed in 15-minute steps plus materials, or save the rest for your next visit. We text you first, and nothing extra happens until you reply YES.

Yes. If something can't wait for your next scheduled visit, an extra visit is $149, and that includes the first hour of work.

No. Fortress handles small maintenance and handyman work. We change filters, bulbs and smoke detector batteries, but we don't do electrical, plumbing, HVAC repair or roofing work.

No. You'll never get a bill for anything you didn't say yes to. Extra time needs your YES by text, projects need your written approval, and after every visit you get a report with what we did, the time used, materials, and what's left on your checklist.

For $79, a Fortress tech comes out for one hour of small fixes and walks your whole home. You get a full-home checklist with photos, with each fix sized in hours. Join the plan within 7 days and the $79 comes off your first month.

No. Materials are extra. The Fix-It Hour is one hour of labor plus your home checklist.

The $79 Fix-It Hour is one per household. After that, the plan is the best way to keep working down your list.
