Plan summary

Quarter Round Plan: $99/mo (founding members $79/mo for the first 25, locked for 24 months), 4 visits a year, 2 hours each, 10% off projects.
Extra time after the 2 hours of a visit is $95 per tech hour for members ($125 for non-members), billed in 15-minute steps, and only after you approve it. A service call outside your schedule is $149 with the first hour included.
Projects (more than about half a day, special materials, or a return trip) get a fixed written quote that you approve in writing before work starts.
Plan prices may be adjusted once a year with 30 days notice.
Materials are billed separately.
Larger repairs are quoted and approved before work starts.
Cancel with 30 days written notice.
Service area limits apply.
Fix-It Hour: $79 for one hour of small fixes plus a full-home checklist with photos. One per household. Materials extra. Small maintenance only. Credited to your first month if you join a plan within 7 days.

A Fortress membership is a service plan for scheduled maintenance labor and member discounts. It is not insurance or a home warranty.
