Most homes have a list. It lives on the fridge, in a notes app or in someone's head. It grows a little every week. The towel bar that wobbles. The closet door that slides off its track. The mirror that has been leaning against the wall since spring. Nobody has the time, and each job feels too small to call anyone about.
That is what a honey do handyman is for. Fortress Home Services turns your list into a schedule. Four times a year, our crew comes out with a seasonal checklist, then spends the rest of the two hours on your list. You don't have to hunt for help or give up a Saturday for a ten-minute job. You just keep adding to the list, and we keep working through it.
Common honey-do jobs we knock out
- Hanging shelves, mirrors and pictures
- Mounting TVs and curtain rods
- Fixing wobbly towel bars and paper holders
- Adjusting closet and cabinet doors
- Swapping out knobs, pulls and hinges
- Re-caulking around the tub or sink
- Patching nail holes and touching up paint
- Changing air filters and hard-to-reach bulbs
How the plan keeps your list moving
The Quarter Round Plan is built for households with a running list. It costs $60 a month or $179 a quarter. Each of the four seasonal visits includes two hours of labor. Once the season's checklist is done, the time is yours to spend on whatever is on your list that day.
If your list is already long, start with the $59 Fix-It Hour. We'll work through an hour of small fixes and give you a full-home checklist with photos. Join within 7 days and that $59 counts toward your first month. Bigger jobs get 10% off for members. A photo report after every visit shows what got crossed off.
Items to leave off our list
Some items on a honey-do list need a different trade. We don't fix leaks, run new wiring, repair heating or cooling systems, or work on the roof. We also don't build decks or patios. Leave those off our list and call a licensed pro. Most of the small stuff is a good fit for us.

Common questions
What is a honey do list service?
It's a way to get the small jobs around your house done without hiring someone new for each one. With Fortress, a crew visits four times a year. They start with a seasonal checklist and then spend the rest of the two-hour visit on your own list of fixes.
What if my list won't fit in two hours?
We get through what we can and put the rest on a quote. If you'd like us to stay and finish, ask and we'll do it on the spot. Members save 10% on that extra project work. Materials are billed separately, so you only pay for what the job needs.
Can I add things to my list between visits?
Yes. Keep adding to it whenever something comes up. We also keep a home checklist up to date for you, so it's easier to keep track of what's been done. If one item can't wait for the next season, book an extra visit for $149. That visit includes up to one hour of work.
